What if it were easy?
In my years of gathering together knowledge about transforming peoples knowledge as a trainer, mentor and coach, I have become fascinated with anything to do with positivity energy.
I discovered that it’s true, a positive mindset is a formidable force that can shape our experiences and outcomes, serving as a catalyst for personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
Positive Mindset
By tapping into understanding how it can be altered, and what’s good in that for you as a result, you can move to becoming the director of your own movie of life, instead of a movie extra waiting in the sidelines, following the script when directed to do so by someone else.

When faced with challenges, I have discovered that those with a positive outlook tend to see opportunities for learning and development, turning obstacles into stepping stones, and for living life to the max.
Take Action to Make a Change
The power of a positive mindset lies in its ability to influence not only our thoughts, but also our actions. By maintaining an optimistic perspective, my coaching clients have often told me that they often find themselves more motivated and highly proactive when they take on the ‘glass half-full’ view of life.
This proactive attitude can create a ripple effect, inspiring others and fostering a collaborative, uplifting environment. Moreover, a positive mindset contributes significantly to mental and emotional health. It helps manage stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall emotional resilience.
The mind and body are intricately connected, and a positive mental outlook can have tangible benefits on physical well-being. By changing the vibrational frequency that we operate on we can create amazing results in our lives as easily as changing the TV channel from the doom and gloom news, to a travel documentary taking you to exotic locations, or your favourite movie that makes you feel happy.
Cultivating a positive mindset is a continuous journey of self-awareness and intentional thinking. It involves reframing negative thoughts, practicing gratitude, and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
Ultimately, the power of a positive mindset lies not just in the thoughts we think but in the transformative impact those thoughts can have on our lives and the world around us.

Powerful Healing with the Mind
Two years ago, I was invited to be a contributing author in a book written by a dear friend of mine, Veronica Gianferri. Veronica has battled cancer and many other serious illnesses for over 21 years.
In 2005 Veronica was diagnosed as having stage four breast cancer and she fought it into remission. In 2018 she was diagnosed again to have stage four metastatic breast and lung cancer and was given a prognosis that it was incurable.
Veronica says in her book, that at that stage she was told by a doctor to, " go to a nursing home to die". Veronica goes on to say in her book that she was horrified as he had also incredibly said to her at one stage, “ you know, we all have to go at some point to make room for others”. Veronica rejected this throw away comment, saying that she would die on her own terms, and she wasn't ready yet. She goes on to say that she told the doctor in the Intensive Care Unit, "No, I don't think I will be going to the nursing home, I am going home!"
Fast track to today. Veronica is still bravely fighting her battles, and she believes that she is still here thanks to a blend of three healing tools; Traditional Medicine, Homeopathic Healing, and The Power of a Positive Mindset.
Veronica’s very special international best selling book is titled; Cancer You Lose! My weapon? ...The Trifecta Effect!. She wrote this wonderful book, as it was her dream to help others and I am so grateful to her as I then got to realise a fourth dream from my list too, when Veronica kindly invited me to be a contributing author in the book along with six other authors. In my chapter I share my thoughts about the healing power of a positive mindset.
Whilst this is a book with a wonderful story of healing from cancer, it’s not just about cancer, it’s about healing a multitude of serious illnesses. It is about health, hope and positive energy. It is also about belief, trust and determination; a book about incredible achievements, and the lifelong dream that Veronica had to help others.
Cancer You Lose! My Weapon?...T he Trifecta Effect! is a powerful health and healing book, with lots of information about the whole body, along with tips, recipes, poems and stories that will change the way you live your life.

I bought this book and was so inspired by Veronica’s story as well as realising how powerful the body is to heal itself. There is so much in this book and I learned so much about how to take care of myself better too. ❤️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
So inspirational, thank you for sharing.
